Further technical support includes working interest partner review, compliance, non-routine and self disclosure scenarios as well as capitalizing on section 70(1)(c) of the Oil and Gas Conservation Act (OGCR) required for completion of section 16.541(1) of the OGCR for a cost-reimbursement application.

Our process includes a high-level overview of requirements, highlight operational efficiencies and focus on the challenges to provide successful completion. It includes but not limited to:

  • Follow all AER directives and IRP’s. Full documentation at the level of detail the client requests.
  • Work directly with AER as required for non-routine operations or self-disclosure (as required).
  • Perform all regulatory reporting requirements for the project.
  • Work with local landowners and stakeholders to ensure all parties are accepting of the operations prior to work commencing.
  • Provide solutions for challenging and/or unknown downhole well conditions
  • Supply and support qualified wellsite supervisors that adhere to the level of safety that Red Willow delivers.
  • Provide all required safety permits and safety documentation
